Adjust Nythera

Despite being a lvl 17+ Boss enemy (boss due to respawn timer), the gained exp equals a very low enemy and its dmg is also the one of a lvl5 deer. Maybe make it a "mini boss" with 5 or 3 mins respawn time with either appropriate dmg as lvl 16 wild spiders deal like 150 dmg (which is too much) or lower HP.
