Add a Clear Target Indicator on Enemy Nameplates

Add a clear visual indicator to enemy nameplates showing which enemy is currently targeted. This could be an outline, highlighted border, arrow, icon, or color change that is easily visible during combat. A stronger target indicator would make it much easier to track the selected enemy in crowded fights, improve target switching, and reduce accidental attacks on the wrong target.
