Moving items in the inventory is difficult due to incorrect positions

When I move an item around a bag or to my, the item will float to the top left and it is very difficult to put it back into a spot.I noticed that putting the item back to the slot it came from is nearly impossible but other slots are easier.I will note that I am on ultrawide which has caused some UI issues in the past.
