Varrious reports

Gear panel does not allow you to hover over cape/shoulder items. mobs stand over character making it difficult for healer to click on tank.Mobs become much too tanky/dmg as levels get higher. Even with quality gear its a 50/50 for tank/healer to duo mobs.
