Can't click create character button

Can't click it, it doesnt get the hover sound either. The delete button is clickable though. I also have a bug where I have to hold my mouse a few pixels over the "Enter world" button. But changing my resolution back to fullscreen and native resolution fixed that, but did not fix this "Create character" issue.
