2 Quests in Cinder Ridge requiring same items

In the Eastern end of Cinder Ridge, you pick up 2 quests from Vanguard Captain Sela; The Ridge Remembers and Cores of Fire. Both quests require the player to collect Infernal Cores. 10 for The Ridge Remembers and 12 for Cores of Fire. Unfortunately once you hit 12 cores, the quest tracking implies you've finished both quests, however when you hand them in, you'll hand in the cores for one and won't have enough for the other quest. I think having 2 quests that require the same items, which are both picked up at the same time from the same quest giver feels like a slight oversight. Also, if they were to remain, perhaps have the top most tracked quest complete first, and the counter restart for the bottom most quest.
